restaurant design: the waffle iron
taking a family-friendly twist on your every day diner, i though an interesting pitch for a new restaurant would be a hibachi-style waffle restaurant. the idea is that customers would have the choice to sit at the hibachi tables, where waffles are cooked right in front of you, at a table or booth, or at the cereal bar. there are also lounging areas with soft seating and a multipurpose room for group events and parties. for this project i also came up with a logo design, a small materials board, a full menu (trifold) complete with sweet waffles, savory waffles, and beverages, and a line of merchandise to support the brand
